It is Government Regulation that you fill in this form PRIOR to attending your hair appointment. Failure to do this will result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit being lost.

  • You are NOT permitted to bring anyone else to your appointment.
  • Only turn up to your appointment at your allocated time - there will be NO waiting area available
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it will be cancelled and deposit will be lost.
  • Wait at the door until instructed to enter
  • No food/drinks will be allowed in the salon.
  • Do NOT bring anything into your appointment that is non essential.
  • Masks must be worn at ALL times - if you do not have a mask we can provide one at an additional cost of £1
  • All payments must be done via Bank Transfer unless otherwise agreed

Please note there has been a slight increase in the Price List due to additional COVID measures increased stock prices.

Thank you for completing your COVID 19 form. If any of the answers change before your appointment could you please notify the Salon ASAP, as your appointment will NOT be able to go ahead and deposit will be lost. All bookings are at the Clients own risk. It is mandatory for every client to wear a mask in the salon and to sterilise their hands and follow ALL salon rules and regulations now in place.
