Products

At Flawless we only use high end products which focus on Healthy Hair promotion.

We sell a full range of retail products which our customers can use to keep their hair looking fabulous even after they have left our salon.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed to cancel any appointment (excludes Hair Extensions-please see Hair Extensions policy).   Failure to give more than 48 hour notice, a fee of 50% of your chosen service will be charged Before any further bookings will be taken.


NO SHOW/SAME DAY CANCELLATION

If you fail to cancel or cancel your appointment on the same day, you will be charged for the full missed appointment.

This fee will need to be paid before any further bookings are taken.


Hair Extensions

If you have chosen for Flawless to supply and fit Hair Extensions your deposit ONLY secures the chosen time and date.

If you need to change your appointment you have a few options (3 Days notice needed)

1. Pay the remaining balance in FULL and chose a date within 2 weeks of the original booking with a £25 additional charge

2. Pay another booking fee (price varies depending on what has been booked) and rebook within 4 weeks of original date.
